Curiously, only Wincest shippers seem to be enjoying bashing Destiel shippers for something they are upset about that the show did.

Do you see any Destiel shippers bashing Wincest shippers for complaining when the Samulet is gone?

I ship Dean/Cas, but objectively speaking, That handprint is as much a part of the show as The Samulet and The Impala, and to take it away just feels WRONG. And if you want to say that it only feels wrong because i’m a Destiel shipper, you can, but i feel the SAME EXACT WAY about them getting rid of The Samulet and The Impala.

I’m just going to throw my opinion in here. I’m a Wincest shipper. But for me, I wish they had kept the handprint too because the first commenter is right, it was a mark of what Dean went through and that he was worthy of being saved. I may not be as upset about as the Destiel shippers and I it may not upset me as much as the Samulet but it does upset me. It was part of him and the show made a fairly big deal about it in season 4. He even still had it when he had sex with Anna so yeah it bugs me that it magically disappeared and the whole “Cas healed it when he healed Dean in the graveyard”, yeah I’m not too fond of that explanation.
